How To Get Your Tickets

1. Buy one voucher per pair of tickets. You’ll receive a confirmation email, this is not your ticket.

2. Open the email and follow the instructions to purchase your ticket(s) on the third-party site using your unique link or code. Book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

3. Your tickets will be emailed to you after purchase. Show them on entry. Please also bring valid ID.

Pricing Information

• One voucher is required for each pair of tickets

• Vouchers provide access to discounted tickets on a third-party website and are subject to that seller’s terms

• Total price payable per ticket is £16.35 (inclusive of voucher, ticket price and any third party fees)

• The show is open from 9.30am to 5.30pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and 9.30am to 5.00pm on Sunday

• This offer is valid on adult/over 65s standard entry tickets only

• Children aged 0 - 4 go free and can be added at time of booking

• Parking can be booked in advance and the NEC has over 16,500 onsite spaces
