How To Get Your Tickets

1. Buy one voucher from us for each ticket you intend to purchase. You will receive an email from us confirming your order and providing further instructions. This email is NOT a ticket.

2. Open your booking confirmation and follow the instructions to buy your ticket(s) on a third-party website using the unique link or code provided. You should complete this step as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

3. Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) and received them via email, take them with you and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

• Physical Access:
The Stadium entrance is clearly signed and located on the ground floor with automatic sliding doors
There are three lifts on the ground floor that will take you up to the second floor where the conference is taking place
There is step free access and good levels of lighting throughout the building
Staff can provide assistance getting to the room(s)/space(s) if required. Please contact events@igpp.org.uk if you believe this may be something you require

• Restrooms: There are accessible toilets available to use in throughout the venue, with one situated on the same floor as the event

• Assistive Services: CorpAcq Stadium have a hearing assistance system available. Please contact events@igpp.org.uk if this is something you require

• Sensory Considerations:
There is good lighting in the conference room which has both natural and overhead lighting
Should you require a quiet space, appropriate lighting or acoustics, please let a member of the team know
