How To Get Your Tickets

1) Book your desired number of tickets and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF, this is NOT a ticket.

2) Await your e-ticket(s) from the venue - these will usually be delivered on the day of the event. Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to your primary email address.

3) Take your e-ticket(s) and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take employment and personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

• Please note: We recommend all access bookings are made directly through the event organiser, however, we are here to assist where possible. • Customers who claim free tickets will receive e-tickets and pre-allocated seating.

• Customers who claim discounted tickets will receive a link to confirm payment. Upon completing the purchase, they will receive e-tickets and pre-allocated seating.

• Please note that e-tickets and payment links will be sent in the days leading up to this event.

• Maximum of 4 tickets per member for the season
